With our immunotherapy diagnostic tool, discover the possiblity of treatment at your finger tips.

ChipCheck is an inexpensive and easier to use alternative.
Immunotherapeutics are often patient specific and must be tailored from patient to patient. Additionally, current techniques and assays are expensive and timely, require use of extensive equipment, and require high quantities of materials. Therefore, there is a need for additional screening tests to aid the development of an immunotherapy regime. A platform to study cell migration before patient implementation can prove effective as an initial screening test in this process.
A handheld microfluidic device to provide a testing environment similar to human extracellular matrix (ECM) in aiding in the decision for immunotherapy treatments.
Composed of 3 layers
A top layer acrylic with 6 wells
A middle layer PDMS with fibrin gel acting as the ECM environment
A bottom layer
Our competitors include biotech companies, such as Abcam, Millipore Sigma, and Platypus Technologies, who sell cell migration assays, such as chemotaxis and wound healing assays.
Our platform is more cost-effective and easy to use. Unlike our competitors, the ChipCecker does not follow the standard 96 well plate format preventing well-to-well variablilty when testing different treatments or conditions. The ChipChecker requires lower quantities of reagents and does not require extensive equipment.
